It has a 3 dent crown but the dents are not as deep as on our Montana
Slope. The brim curls up at the front left edge, and it has a Silver Belley
band and brim binding just like the hat McMasters wore.
McMasters (Michael Rooker) was at E.O.T. 2004. He came into our tent
store and layed his movie hat on my table where I measured it out in
detail. Folks, our hat matched his exactly except in one detail that I have
always been aware of. We use the proper double loop stampede string
while the movie hat had the stampede string attached with cotter pins.
Ours is more authentic than the movie hat so that¹s the way I do it, but if
you insist on cotter pins we've got them too.
Michael Rooker was a friendly, enthusiastic and likable man as well as a
very credible actor. It was a pleasure to talk to him. ~Major Debacle.
