The hats shown above are
reproductions of the hats worn in
Tombstone. All hats are created by
us here at Knudsen Hats and
Golden Gate Western Wear.

The movie Tombstone is the most authentic in costuming since William S. Hart.
Tombstone made a new high watermark for authentic period hats, especially in the
use of the Boss of the Plains and its variations.

We reproduce the hats worn by Wyatt Earp and his brothers, and certainly Doc
Holiday, but we also reproduce all the other Tombstone hats from McMasters to
Curly Bill. You will find no more faithfull reproductions. Part of the reason is that we
made many of these hats before Tombstone came out; remember that both we and
the Tombstone people studied the same history.
